Recite Me Web Accessibility and Language Toolbar
The Recite Me accessibility tool bar allows all T2 Hub users to view and use our online learning platform in a way that works best for them.
The tool bar helps the 1 in 5 people in the UK who have a disability, including those with common conditions like sight loss and dyslexia and meets the needs of the 4.2 million people in the UK who speak a language other than English.
How does Recite Me help me access the T2 Hub?
The Recite Me toolbar has a unique range of functions. You can use it to:
- Read T2 Hub text aloud
- Download the text as an MP3 file to play it where and when it suits you
- Change font sizes and colours
- Customise background-colours
- Translate text into more than 100 different languages
- Access a fully integrated dictionary and thesaurus

Screen Reader
285 million people worldwide have a visual impairment. The screen reader feature helps T2 Hub users perceive and understand our content by reading aloud website text.

Translation
One in ten people don’t speak English as their first language. The Recite Me translation feature quickly and easily translates all T2 Hub content into over 100 languages, including 65 text to speech voices.

Styling & Customisation
15% of the world's population is neurodivergent. T2 Hub users can use Recite Me's styling and customisation features to display T2 Hub content how they like. Users are able to customise the website's colour scheme as well as the text, font style, size, colour, and spacing.

Reading Aids
Reading content online can be a challenge for some people. The Recite Me tool bar provides six main tools; ruler, screen mask, magnifier, margins, page summariser and a dictionary to make digesting T2 Hub content easier.
